Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item(s) must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged).

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you must contact us and request a Return Authorization Number.  You may contact us at sales@bluesconspiracy.com or at 850-492-7512.  (For orders received after November 1st, you may request a Return Authorization Number until January 31st).

When returning an item, include the Return Authorization Number, your name, and the reason for the return.

When we receive your returned item, we will refund you for the cost of the item in the original form of payment.

If you are returning an item because of our error (incorrect size or item, defective item, etc.), we will refund you for the cost of the item, for the original shipping cost, and for your cost of returning the item to us, in the original form of payment.
